Mark Anthony Cruz has a Masters Degree in guitar
performance and has performed in concert across the country. Besides concertizing
as a solo guitarist, Mark has played for hundreds of weddings in the last 20 years.
A favorite in the Austin wedding scene, Mark completely caters to the setting,
be it sacred or secular, inside or outside, large or small. Mark is a soloist,
plays as a duo with his wife and also plays with a guitar trio and a jazz combo.
His repertoire is extensive and varied and because of it, couples find it easy
to customize their weddings and receptions. If you're looking for a selection
that isn't listed here, Mark will learn it for you. His ability to learn, arrange,
and perform every style of music makes it easy to request even the most unique
of song ideas. |
| Karla Cruz is a well-rounded
musician that has played piano since the age of 4. Since receiving her music education
degree with an emphasis in piano, Karla has been conducting and accompanying choirs
in Central Texas for the last 12 years. An award winning director, she is frequently
sought out as a clinician, accompanist, and adjudicator throughout Texas. Karla's
experience as a pianist and vocalist includes classical, pop, and rock. Besides
being a soloist, she and husband Mark have arranged an extensive repertoire of
duets appropriate for ceremonies and receptions. |

of "tried and proven" literature in their repertoire, Mark and Karla
